Scott used to be a roadie for all the big rock bands back in the 80’s and 90’s and has since transitioned to full time computer geekery since 1991. He is listed as co-inventor on seven patents and inventor on three provisional patents all related to his time as a roadie.
Scott holds a doctorate degree from the infamous Hard Knocks University (HKUSSS) School of Self-Study. Actually, he received a full ride scholarship to Purdue but decided to move back home to Colorado rather than pursue an Electrical Engineering degree because he missed the mountains. After moving home, he ran the computer department for Aurora Central High School and taught both Staff and Students, where he developed a passion for teaching and computers. Since 1995 Scott has worked as a consultant for some of the largest corporations in the world including IBM, Dow Chemical, US West, Hewlett-Packard, Pfizer, Vale Mining and Sprint.
Scott loves to think out-of-the-box to come up with viable solutions to a problem and currently works for CDW as a Senior Consultant (which he loves) implementing Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online for various clients as well as talking about adoption for Microsoft products.
