James co-founded Oak Innovation back in 1986, acting as Sales Director and CEO through various iterations of call recording and call management software. Today, with the company now focussed primarily on recording for Teams, James’s focus is on developing strategic partnerships within the Microsoft ecosystem in the US, UK and beyond.
